ViralSell may request reasonable information or documentation to verify an advertiser, organization, listing or professional status where appropriate for security, legal compliance or platform integrity.
ViralSell seeks to provide a reliable platform but information concerning a property is generally supplied by advertisers or other third parties. Therefore, users should independently verify information that is important to their decision before entering into a transaction.
Maps, translations, location information, estimated values, search results, availability information and similar tools may contain errors or may change over time.
Unless expressly indicated otherwise, any sale, lease, rental, reservation, property visit, negotiation or other transaction is concluded between the relevant users or professional parties.
Users are responsible for reviewing the identity and authority of the other party, the condition and legal status of a property, contractual documents, payment instructions and any professional advice they consider necessary.
Advertisers must clearly disclose prices and mandatory charges when required by applicable law.
If ViralSell introduces paid services, subscriptions, commissions, payment processing or reservation functionality, additional payment terms may apply and will be presented before the relevant transaction or purchase.

Cancellation, refund, withdrawal and reservation rights may depend on the nature of the transaction, the identity and location of the parties and the applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

ViralSell may use automated and manual security measures to identify suspected fraud, abuse, duplicate listings, suspicious behavior or other risks.
Where reasonably necessary, ViralSell may restrict, suspend, investigate or remove accounts or content to protect users, comply with law or preserve the security and integrity of the platform.
Users may report listings, content or activity they reasonably believe to be illegal, fraudulent, misleading or contrary to these Terms.
Reports may be reviewed and ViralSell may take measures that are reasonable and proportionate in the circumstances, including requesting information, restricting visibility, removing content or suspending an account.
The ViralSell name, platform design, software, databases, original text, graphics, interfaces and other materials created by or for ViralSell are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where expressly permitted, no person may reproduce, distribute, commercialize, reverse engineer or exploit protected ViralSell materials without authorization.
Users retain ownership of content they lawfully own and upload to ViralSell.
By publishing content on ViralSell, you grant ViralSell a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, for the period during which the content is available through the service and for reasonable technical backup periods, to host, store, reproduce, format, display, translate and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure and improve the ViralSell service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViralSell will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from transactions or communications between independent users where ViralSell is not a party to the underlying transaction.
No limitation in these Terms applies where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory rights available to consumers.
Users are responsible for determining and fulfilling taxes, registrations, reporting requirements and other regulatory obligations applicable to their transactions or commercial activities, except where ViralSell is legally required to perform a specific obligation itself.
ViralSell may restrict or suspend access where there is a reasonable basis to believe that an account or listing violates these Terms, threatens platform security, exposes users to fraud or violates applicable law.
Where required by applicable law, affected users will receive appropriate information concerning the action and available review or appeal mechanisms.
Users may request account closure subject to outstanding legal, contractual, security, dispute-resolution or record-retention requirements.
ViralSell may update, add, modify or discontinue platform features as the service develops. Material changes affecting users will be communicated where required by applicable law.
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in ViralSell services, business operations, security requirements or applicable law.
The latest version will be published on ViralSell with an updated revision date. Additional notice will be provided where required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or access to courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms that cannot legally be excluded by contract.
